Five Wisdom Snippets To Help You love Life.

I have discovered that I learn so much more when I keep my mouth Shut. With my mouth shut, I am considered wise and loving.

I have a wonderful life as I take ownership of the hurdles I encounter journeying forward. These hurdles don’t belong to anyone else, they are mine. As a result, I am the master of my own destiny, having been given this mandate by God within me. I have truly found a loving life.

Each day brings new opportunities into my life and I am discovering how to identify them

Never whinge; winging is like bad breath – creates a poor image of oneself. Another thing, I never explain myself to others, it seems like a fruitless pastime to me.

I always try to put myself in other people’s shoes. Working from my shoes only limits my true perspective.I think the journey of my life is like climbing a mountain, along the climb there will be brief rests; I welcome these, but I must never linger there. To do so, would mean I will delay reaching the summit.

Weekly Words of Wisdom-The Dandelions.

Dandelions

Learn From The Dandelions

Looking out my window, I see hundreds of Dandelion seeds blown off the mother flowers into the wind. These float as lost and unsure of which way to go, sometimes shooting upward, sometimes downward. They have no fear, though, as their Guide, the wind, knows how to lead them to their destination. The seeds yield to the way of their Guide. Shouldn’t you and I do the same and surrender to our Guide?

Strange though it may seem, It has taken many years for me to grasp this principle of yielding to my Guide. Understanding this principle was easier than trying to apply it in my life, I’m sure you know what I mean.

While I was gazing at all the little yellow sticky notes surrounding my desk area, an idea came to me. Why not put a sticky note in my mind? I realize this may sound a little off the wall, but I felt it was worth a try.

If my Guide (who lives inside me) says it works, who am I to question the issue?

The next move was how I set about placing a sticky note into my mind. A reminder that will appear at an appropriate moment, just when I need it.

Have you ever tried focusing on something often enough, and eventually, it forms an image in your mind? So this is what I did after my Guide prompted me. Hey-Ho, sticky note, here we go!

In my following morning’s meditation time, I stuck the sticky note onto my mental vision board. Since then, I consciously see the little yellow message in front of me. When I become anxious about a particular event occurring in my life, I see the sticky note in my mind. I then allow myself to yield to my Guide. This arrangement never fails me.

Weekly Words of Wisdom Love Yourself.

Love Yourself

Love Yourself

I Love and care for myself; I believe it is my genuine expression of gratitude to my creator for giving me a beautiful body and soul. When I look in the mirror I see Sam Heughan (as he appeared in Outlanders), not the image I’m looking at. With this image of myself, I go out to conquer the world as Coeur de Lyon! I love myself with the deepest sincerity, even to the point where I live my life ‘self-lovingly’. In doing so I never live for other people.  I live for myself. Not even my creator expects me to live for Him, in Him, yes, but most definitely not for Him (what could I do for my creator?) In not living for others, I am better equipped to encourage others and help them along the road of life. The result of this is; I have a very happy life.
